okays.. i ran twice this week.

and i shall continue this running regime till my nike run. (:

but i will not go work tmr, so no running.

i feel the cramps. shall take a day's leave tmr.

i can't believe i went to tan with valerie when both of us came that thing.

and both of us had such bad cramps that we just sat at sentosa and couldn't move at all.

okays, at least i've got nice tan now. (:

and val dearie advised me on many things.

she hugged me and said 'be brave girl, just follow your heart and do what's right'
