come people, celebrate with me. (:

academic year 2007/08 Semester II examinations have finally ended. it had been a physically and mentally draining 4 weeks; ever since i started to slog hard for the deadlines of projects and mugging hard (as if) for the exams. i'm kinda confident in this sem's exams results. so yah, my effort paid off. i'm happy.

talking about examinations, i was kinda scare for cognitive paper, since winston goh emphasized so much on thinking processes and obviously miss leepin has no common sense at all, so i kinda worried the questions might be those problem-oriented questions instead of fact-oriented questions. (serene, sounds familiar? this show i am a novice instead of an expert) okays, anyway, yah, it turned out to be a surprise. i was able to do the questions. ((: yesh, the smiles on my face.

and pediatric psych paper was physically exhausting. it's basically an examination on speed instead of thinking. the thinking processes was way before the examinations actually. (: and i spent the entire of 6 hours to memorise the answers yesterday. yesh, all the different kinds of memory codes were used; the phonological as well as the deep levels of processing. yesh, and it was 4 questions in that 2 pathetic hours. okays, now i know what is complacency. (: okays, you see, each question need the maximum of 30minutes right? so the dillgent leepin finished her 2nd question by the 45minutes(ahead of the time limit), so i happily slowed down my writing for the remaining 2 questions. AND, when i was at question 4b(there's still c and d), the invigilator announced there's 15minutes left, and i thought that was meant for the students for the other module, and i still left with 1 more hour to finish the last 2 parts, and i seriously was so proud of myself because i managed to do so fast, and i even thought of leaving early after i finished the last 2 parts and then sms vic and tell her i will leave first. YESH, and i nearly raised up my hand and asked the invigilator if the time left is meant for the other module. thank goodness i din't ask, because the last 15 minutes applied to me as well. DAMn, yesh, i totally forgot that my paper was 2 hours and it ends at 11am. RAHHH, so i had to rush for the last 2 parts. ): but praise ye the Lord i managed to finish them up. (:

OKAYS, anyway, that's it for exams. (: i'll begin my employment in RP on monday, but they are so inefficient in sending me the details as to what time should i report to work and what is the dress code. i emailed them, i called them, and i even resorted to call the main HR dept, but every call was unavailable. THANKS uh. is RP having some staff retreat or what. LOUSY.

OH, and amidst the exams, i went for nelson's POP. woah, OCT's so called POP (commissioning) is so different from OCS. and yah, it was nice. (: and we waited for his fine dining to end and we went for supper! (: and whilst waiting, we went to kian ruey's house and frankly, his grandparents were kinda shocked to see him bringing 3 girls home at 10pm plus. (: oh well! (: we can't survive without him because he has the most convenient mode of transportation. (: *love love.

so yesh, i am so free right now. i've time to finish up my hongkong series and begin a new one. i've time to sleep and snooze all the way i want, i've time to swim. OH YEAH, i had a great swim right after my pediatric paper today. (: the sun was good, there's no hinderance in me, so why not! (:
