Leap Year Traditions

The Next Leap Year is 2008

Leap Year has been the traditional time that women can propose marriage. In many of today's cultures, it is okay for a woman to propose marriage to a man. Society doesn't look down on such women. However, that hasn't always been the case. When the rules of courtship were stricter, women were only allowed to pop the question on one day every four years. That day was February 29th.

and according to what i've heard on class 95fm, the women can propose marriage to their men and the men cannot reject the proposal!

OH MAN! how cool is that! HAHAHA.

things are just going right in place for me this year round(so far, at least). maybe not so for friendships and studies, but for something else. (: and i'm definitely happy with how things are falling in place. (:

i studied. and i am going to skip tmr's lecture to stay at home and study even more.

ANW, it's bad to have cramps + gastric at the same time. it is even worse when the painkillers which the gynecologist prescribed, the ones which so called could help to aid my cramps, caused the extreme gastric pain instead. what's the use then! ):

and the painS were so bad that i had cold sweat and 'saw stars' and had to stop at one bus stop to rest before i fainted. SIGH!

thumbs down for the stupid prescribed painkillers. THEY DON'T HELP TO CURE MY CRAMPS. ): BOOO! and they make things worse!
