OPEC says no need for oil output hike

AFP - Thursday, November 15
OPEC says no need for oil output hike RIYADH (AFP) - - OPEC secretary general Abdallah al-Badri said on Wednesday that there is no need for the oil cartel to increase production now because there is plenty of oil in the market.

in that case, why is there a fuel oil shortage in china and subsequently leading to a oil PRICE hike instead? why then, did the black markets for fuel oil emerged in china? if you did see the situation over at china regardging this oil issue on CNA, you should know what i mean uh.

then again, if you think of how significant the role china plays in hurting our mother nature, you will definitely think that they deserve this uh. (:
